In the eye of the beholder

Morning all,
Me and my entourage

Marybeth,Tarzan and Casper and I took our daily walk this morning and I decided to take my camera.
Seems like something always happens if I don't have it with me. Of course since I had it nothing spectacular occurred.  I started looking for color and found several pretty flowers and or weeds.  You decide.

These are out of an Locust tree.
This of course is honeysuckle
Wild rose

But I haven't a clue as to what these are.
But they were pretty to me.

Everyone decided to inspect the out house I got Don for Christmas a few years ago.  It seem the older we get the handier it becomes.  It is beside the barns which seem to get further and further away from the house.

And on those cold mornings when your stiff, you even have a handle to get up.
Fancy huh?

Everyone seems to be tired from all the excitement (?) and heading to the house.

Between you and me, I think it is the treat waiting  for them.
Enjoy your day.

  2. I love your walking companions. It's the same with me that when I don't have a camera there is a picture I want to take, and when I have the camera, there isn't. I didn't know you could buy an outhouse. I thought they all had to be built on the spot.

  3. The wild flowers are lovely! The two plants you wondered about are 1. Creeping Charlie (blue flowers) & 2. Fleabane. I love your blog!

  4. am catching up on my blog reading and am way behind. What wonderful walking companions. I am like you, when I don't have my camera I always see something I want a picture of!! Love the outhouse.
My grandparents redid a one room school house and had an outhouse. They moved into town when I was 6 before they had an indoor bathroom......I used to be always afraid at night because the spiders in there were HUGE and I always thought they would come out of their webs just to bite ME....
